"Impossible to get hold of anyone"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

My partner was referred here and was told the name of the operation he needed and that he would need an interim appointment 2 months later.

Neither appointment ever came through and the secretary we have been told to contact never answers the phone and never returns calls if you leave a message.

Spoke to someone else today who informed us that this doctor is leaving in two weeks and they didn't know who would be performing the surgery instead.

So now we have no idea what to do, we can't get hold of anyone that can/will help.

This is absolutely appalling! I've never know anything like it!

Would strongly recommend not going here if you have the option as no one will help you.
