"Infectious Diseases Department"

About: Churchill Hospital

I was referred here from my GP, I did not find the clinic to be friendly at all and the staff seemed rather lethargic and uncaring.

While the doctor I saw was nice enough and while they talked through symptoms I feel my diagnosis was made before I came in therefore a total waste of time. I was referred to the another clinic, only then to be told at reception 'oh there is a big waiting list for that' - Great thanks I was waiting long enough for this pointless appointment!

Following from this - I received a letter which was sent to me and my GP. The doctor I saw had detailed what we talked about which was all completely incorrect! From where I work, to what i'm allergic to, to past history of illnesses. It's embarrassing to read.

I would not recommend as they do not care.
