What I liked

My son was in Warrington General for over a week and the nurses and Consultants were excellent. They were there if we needed to talk and also explained everything in detail of what they were doing and why. This helped us understand my son illness and also put our mind at ease as we knew what was happening. Even though the Childen ward was under staffed they always had time to answer any questions. We were also in the new Manchester ward and so we had somewhere else to compare against

What could be improved
