What I liked
I've already commented but wanted to add something important in terms of constructive criticism.
What could be improved
Despite the fact the doctor was caring and went out of his way to help me, he unfortunately didn't make it clear what I had to do regarding follow up. My nose is broken and he said I needed to make an appointment in 7 days to see the ENT doctor. he gave me a slip of paper which I assumed had a phone number on or something like that. Now that I've looked at that a few days later, it looks like I needed to go to reception straight away and get them to book me an appointment, i.e. before I left emergency. Actually, I'm not sure what it really requires me to do. And there is no phone number on it. So that process really should be improved.
