What I liked
ONE member of staff was very kind and considerate and made me feel very at ease in the a&e department
What could be improved
Being treated with some dignity would have been nice. I was admitted because I couldnt talk, stand up and was vomiting constantly. I was given no diagnosis and even though this was the case and I could still hardly feel my legs I was being told to leave very rudely by them holding the next patient at the end of my bed. Was spoken to extremely rudely by one of the nurses when I said I was finding it difficult to stand. My mum was with me and she was also very upset about the rudeness there. We were both very worried when I left as we didnt know what was wrong with me still and were given no advice as to why I was still finding it difficult to breath, couldnt stand up without two people helping me, vomiting every 5-10 minutes, my speech was slurred and then because I was only accompanied by my mum who has arthritis and we said it would be difficult to leave, I fell over in the main entrance outside when trying to get in a taxi. I clearly wasnt ready to be discharged and I stil dont know to this day what was wrong with me
