"I was admitted to The JR2 shortly ..."

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was admitted to The JR2 shortly before New Year having suffered a serious stairs fall. I can quite honestly say that during my 10 day stay I was impressed with my care and the dedication or your staff from the Tea Trolley right up to Consultant Level. Despite the appalling weather conditions I believe that the majority of staff made it to work and if they were worried about returning home at the end of their shifts it certainly didnt show?

The Ward(CTW) was spotless and nothing was too much trouble for an obviously overworked nursing staff.

This was my first experience of an NHS Hospital and apart from my injuries I leave it with nothing but pleasant memories

Many thanks

Martyn
