"Excellent service and care!"

About: Ilkeston Community Hospital

I visited the minor injury unit on the morning of Tuesday 17th November as I had trod on some glass which was stuck in my foot.

I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving..and was reassured by nurse as I felt silly for wasting their time.Piece of glass was small but I couldn't remove myself.

I wish I had taken their names but in the end it was two nurses who removed glass and I can't thank them enough!

All staff were lovely with me and I felt I wanted to leave review as people are often quick to complain but not to say thankyou or say when they have received good service or care.

Thankyou!
