"Day Surgery"

I arrived at QA day surgery unit at 6.40 in the morning and was booked in by the receptionist. Shortly after 7 a staff nurse came and collected me and we went through the the admittance process. Shortly after I met the doctor who was carrying out my procedure and the anaesthetist. Both members of staff were very pleasant and helpful, setting my mind at rest.

I woke up in recovery and again the staff here and at the discharge point were all lovely. I found my overall experience to be very, very good. My thanks to the staff.
