"lack of response"

My wife had a scan on the 13th September and so far had no results. we contacted the neurosurgery department, first call they said there was a back log, on the second occasion they said they had no one to type out the results. I strongly feel that the results have been lost, as my wife is in pain she needs treatment and without the results she can not get it. this is a sad case and needs attention
