"i would say the worst hospital i have had to..."

About: York Hospital

I am very dissapointed about the treatment received today in your urology department.

While waiting in the waiting room and being told by the other patients that they had to wait 2 months only for an appointment, tell me why i had to ask in june and till October, I was still waitring for an appointment.

I had to call 3 times and then i was given apparently as a favour 27 october, and due to being in hospital a new appointment for today 17.november.

That to me is more than 2 months.

Then arriving at the hospital today, being there before 9.30 and at 11.45 i was not seen , patients that were late go before me, in fact about 6 other patients.

Review this with the nurse, I was put last on the list.

Is this the correct behaviour of a Doctor, to me trust on a doctor is important and definitely, have not encounterred it here.

In reality I am glad i did not have the procedure and that i have left.

I do rate York hospital with a Triple 0

The worst hospital i have had to deal with as well as the worst hospital that my father in law had to be too with a broken hip and who was left for hours with bandages half done.

Now I understand why i opted to drive in total agony 22 miles from York to my home to be driven to another hospital A and E where they do know how to treat patients.

My rating as said above is 0 for the whole of York hospital and for the Urology department well i would rate it minus 000000000000000
