"Exemplary"

This was my second visit in three months, first a prostate biop via day surgery and this the bracktherapy procedure on Hopkins ward with an overnight stay.

I can sincerely say there was not one thing I could critique at all, and all of the things that I know the NHS is striving for (with the right resources!) were present here, good communication, respect, cleanliness etc from all the staff I dealt with.

Nothing was too much trouble.

I know l was there for a medical reason but I've had worse service (and food) in so called good hotels.

So thanks to all involved as I could see it's a team effort from everyone involved.
