Run by an unfriendly receptionist. There is no choice of where you go for treatment if you dare to refuse it seems you are branded a troublemaker. They will scrawl across your notes refuse service to go to xyz if you insist on your right to choice as I know from previous treatment. I work for these people and next time my mother will go private
