I would just like to say a huge thank you to one of your doctors for stopping to help my friend at the Bull Ring shopping centre today ( Sat 14th Nov), My friend fainted and I thought her blood sugars had dropped but she then complained her chest was hurting. Whilst she was lying in the recovery position, your kind doctor came over to assist and took over the whole situation, they were joined by another person, their partner, and between them they called the ambulance, told the Bull Ring staff to fetch a defibrillator, to cordon of the area and take excellent care of my friend whilst I was in a little shock. I would just like to say a huge thank you to them and perhaps you will be able to find out who they were and pass my thanks on to them. The paramedic knew him ( who worked at City hospital, Dudley Road) if that helps but that's all I know.
My friend was admitted for monitoring but was left in a much better state than earlier. It's comforting to know that there are people out there who still go out of their way to help others and don't switch off just because they are on a day off. My hat goes off to you, many thanks.
