"Reassuring and professional"

About: The New Selby War Memorial Hospital

We had to go to selby hospital after a minor head injury and were worried and nervous. The receptionist was calm and helpful and made us feel at ease, We had to wait about 45 minutes as there was a small que but we felt safe, the hospital is very clean and bright and they had the radio on which made the time seem to pass quicker. The doctor/nurse we saw was very professional and reassuring, they asked a lot of questions to make sure we got the right treatment and was thorough checking for other symptoms and giving us advice. We left feeling lots better and a lot less worried. Thank you to the staff for your help.
