I attended an appointment on Thursday 5 November and was delighted to be met with such a doctor who explained in detail their thoughts on my problem. Very much appreciated for it to be so clear. I also met the nurse who made me feel so welcome. What an asset it is to your hospital to be met with such dedicated and welcoming people at a time of stress .Thank you so much.
