"They lost her belongings"

About: Wexham Park Hospital

My mother was sent here yet lives 5 minutes from Frimley Park and from arriving to being transfered to Frimley Park 3 days later, her shoes coat underwear + clothing plus her zimmerframe went missing .She is 78 years old and this has distressed her and angered me.

When contacting the hospital to try and locate her personal belongings they just fob you off saying they look into it then ring me or my sister but as of yet haven't bothered.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on your Mum's visit to Wexham Park.

I am really sorry that her belongings have gone missing, and for the distress and anger this has caused you both.

I am also sorry that you feel fobbed off and no one has rung you back.

This is not acceptable.

Please can you contact the PALS department who will be able to assist you on 01753 633365 or palswexhampark@fhft.nhs.uk.

I hope your Mum is on the road to recovery

Kind Regards

Claire Marshall
