"website does not have identifiers that are helpful"

A relative of mine is currently an inpatient in the hospital and some family members have some concerns regarding as aspect of assessment about care on the ward. I know that the person that they need to speak to is the matron however the name of the matron of the area is not available through the trust website there are just pictures of faceless people in uniforms. Some of the wards have all the names and details however derby ward does not. This information including email address should be available for service users and family members to make meaningful contact with a clinician in a day to day leadership role. surely that is the role of the matron?
