"unfair favouritism"

About: Diana, Princess Of Wales Hospital

I feel as though my family visiting a relative were treat unfairly compared to other visitors a d patients. my mum was left with her bell ringing for an hour to get her drip put back on. we were told we had to leave due to it not being visiting hours a d yet the patient across the room had visitors at 10 ocock at night they was nil by mouth yet still eating and their visitor was seen sitting on the bed without a word said to them. myself however was told by staff to not sit next to my mum on her bed and as stated before told to leave due to the time. I witnessed a patient point blank being Ignored while calling out for help while staff were seen chatting just steps away. I am utterly disgusted.
