"Better signage needed!"

I had an appointment here with the Podiatry service recently. Whilst the people I spoke to regarding directions to the service were polite and curteous, when I asked where the Podiatry service was I was directed by two staff members into a consultation room whilst a patient was being examined! There were also no signs indicating a waiting room.

Better signage and direction (perhaps on the letter confirming my appointment - which I never received) is definitely needed.

Otherwise an over all good experience.

We are sorry that you had a bad experience trying to find our podiatry service at St Pancras Hospital. We do include directions in appointment letters and we are sorry that you did not receive this. We have looked into what happened and believe it was a problem with our system which we have now fixed. We will review the signage that is currently in place to see how we can improve this.

Thank you for your feedback. We were happy to hear our staff were polite and that your overall experience was good
