"excellent care for an elderly lady"

My mother has limited mobility, vision and hearing. She has memory loss and is often confused. She was in Cromie ward 18 to 21 October . I cannot speak too highly of the care she received from all the staff. They found time to talk to her when she was confused, always trying to reassure her, and even providing a carer for nightime. The staff all had amazing patience with her. My brother and I stayed with her for long hours, but as we left at the end of the day we knew she was in good, caring hands. Thank you, we know it might have been a very different experience elsewhere.
