"very bad and the staff were very rude."

About: Newham General Hospital

the staffs treated like they were doctors and they own the hospital. The nurses started getting rude to us and teasing about our ethnic background. its like the hospital is owned and run by a uneducated and unmannered people. never going to this hospital ever in hospital and woudnt adive to anyone.

We are very sorry and upset to read your experience of when you attended our hospital. It is our policy to ensure that none of our patients are treated less favourably on the grounds of their ethnic background and it is in no way acceptable for our staff to behave in this way.
