About: Queen Marys Hospital (Sidcup)

Visited the urgent care center with a suspected stomach ulcer. Upon arriving I was in serious pain so broke into tears, this was met by a giggle from the receptionist. Will not be returning.

I'm sorry that you felt that our receptionist acted inappropriately.

Our training processes are always ongoing and this behaviour will certainly be addressed.
