"Brilliant birth experience"

My little boy was born on 30th September following induction due to my waters breaking. I was really nervous about the induction but everything was discussed and explained well and I was never made to feel a trouble or nuisance. Once labour got going it was quick and the midwife who delivered my baby was fantastic, they were calm and reassuring and their "firm but fair" approach got me through the tough bits when I thought I couldn't carry on. Just gas and air and no stitches, along with a beautiful baby - what a result! The after care was great too and we are now doing well at home. Thank you so much. After a previous difficult birth this one has been strangely healing all round.
