"Appalling pain management"

About: Nuffield Health, Bristol Hospital (Chesterfield)

After return to room 24?my pain management post ACCC was appalling from 6 pm offered paracetamol not the morphine anaesthetize said I would get leading to hours and hours of grade 8 pain. I was lied to. I eventually got better pain relief from Dr on all reducing it to5/6 but due to pain plus noisy boots NO sleep at all. I was treated worse than an animal will be contacting CQC

I thought care up to operation was fantastic. I will not recommend or use again. I will inform insurance company

Do not think being kept long enough either
