After having just left The Wells hospital, after a five day stay, I feel I must commend absolutely everyone I was in contact with. From being met by the happy and helpful receptionist I have been cared for in a respectable truly empathetic and professional manner throughout my stay.
The doctors, the staff nurses I saw were absolutely lovely. I felt quite dreadful when I came in but their sunny dispositions and their obvious dedication to their patience is one I have never encountered before and I am truly grateful to all of them. The catering staff tried so hard to get me some food that I could digest due to medical reasons even going out to get me a plain yogurt and ordering them in for my stay.
The porters were humerous caring and friendly as was the person at the CT scanner and the cleaner was delightful to speak with and brightened the day.
If I had to be in hospital The Wells Is the best place to be and the staff during my stay are truly outstanding and a credit to the NHS. Thank you all for the care and support I needed and received.
