About: Leighton Hospital

Visited surgical outpatients this evening and although the waiting area was very busy and my appointment was delayed, the consultant and senior sister on duty were exceptionally patient and considerate.

My consultant was ready to take on board and discuss all options relative to my condition which I found very reassuring.

Although I always feel very apprehensive in a hospital environment, I came away from this appointment feeling far better than when I entered the hospital.

I would welcome this feedback being passed on to the relevant staff on duty on the 7th September 2015. Thank you.

Thank you very much for your comments, we are always looking for ways to improve our patients experiences and the quality of service we offer. I’m sorry to hear that the unit was particularly busy when you attended and that your appointment was delayed, however it was very nice to hear that you left the hospital feeling more reassured than when you had arrived and I will indeed pass on your comments to the staff on duty on the 7th September 2015.
