i went to urgent care after a foot injury, there were no wheelchairs for me there which meant I had to hop on one foot which took a long time and a lot of energy, to be told i had a sprained ankle, I struggled to put weight on it and no crutches were offered and no bandage was used to support my foot, on the nhs it says that there should be a bandage used in treatment. I was advised to use ice on it and take paracetamol which I had been doing since it happened anyway! The staff were lovely but I left in the same state I came in! The student nurse doing the x-Rays was especially nice.
"Send home the same state I went in"
