"Excellent compassionate care"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

My mum was a patient for 11 days on the critical care 'a' ward. She was afforded the utmost care and compassion by every single member of staff and was herself so grateful for her care. Sadly, Mum died yesterday with myself, my Father and my brother at her side. It was a dignified passing with staff caring for us as well as her. She was treated with respect and professionalism by every nurse, doctor and consultant who involved us in all her care and took time to explain everything to us. You are wonderful skilled and kind people. Thank you for the quality care provided to us all.
