Father admitted to hospital, little or no communication from staff re treatment plan. After anesthesia left alone and had bad fall causing injury. Discharged only to be readmitted in emergency, was transferred to QE for treatment re brain they were wonderful but Walsall Manor sent father in taxi and wanted to send him with no staff member, at the hospital the staff member left and QE saw the notes provided by Walsall Manor were not even half complete, It too over 3 hours for walsall to pass the notes so my father could be treated. In meantime we were updating staff re medical treatment and current diagnosis etc as the staff member sent by Walsall had not done so and also did not have knowledge of his treatment to date. We hope to transfer my father's care to QE in Birmingham. As far as Walsall manor is concerned I wouldn't send your cat or dog there for treatment.
