"Attended EEG"

Welcoming reception and kindness shown by all staff throughout visit today. Despite a technical hitch with equipment causing minor but insignificant delay to scheduled appointment time, I was kept informed and updated constantly by consultant neurologist and everything was clearly explained and reassuring. Staff throughout hospital were friendly, helpful and courteous even if you just wanted directions to canteen for a coffee after procedure. Attended for EEG and neurologist thoroughly professional, whilst at the same time reassuring and clearly explained what was happening throughout. Procedure was well managed and after care expectations clearly explained regarding follow up on results of test. I think this hospital has had somewhat of a bad press of late, which is a shame, because I have found the staff to be hard working, faultless, and I can't speak highly enough of the care and treatment I have personally received as an outpatient. I am very, very impressed.
