About: Gravesham Community Hospital

I left work early today 08/07/2015 to attend the Gravesham Community Hospital for my regular Podiatry appointment.The time for the appointment came & went and I wasn't seen.So I asked what the delay was. A member of staff (from another department) discovered the Podiatry department was shut.This comes on top of a wasted journey and more time of work (which I can ill afford) when a previous appointment wasn't recorded on the computer system.I'm extremely annoyed this situation.

Dear Mr Paul Please accept sincere apologies from the Podiatry Service on the recent problems you have experienced with your appointments. Your feedback (which was posted on NHS Choices on 17.7.15) has now been investigated and we have been informed that the Podiatry Appointment Centre will be getting in touch with you today (20.7.15) to re-book your appointment.
