About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

Waiting over an few hours not a single patient called to be seen . Walked round a & e and all staff just talking among themselfs, what a joke. The waiting area smelling of cigeretes, smokers stud outside the entrance smoking away all the smoke coming into the waiting area. Not happy the way things are running mangement need to sort this issue out
