I did not like the ward v victorian, but that wasn't the nursing staff's fault, all of them were wonderful. The ward no was 5. would not want to experience the procedure again , but from the receiving staff to the Consultant and their staff Wonderful and thank you. Particularly the the member of the team that held my hand and made sure I was warm .

Dear Carole, I am sorry you did not get a response at the time, some problems with the website meant we did not see your comments at the time.

We have a variety of ward styles, and are gradually bringing them all up to modern standards, so some areas are better than others at the moment and we know that can affect patient's experience.

However I am glad you found all the staff to be warm and helpful, and as you say, it is sometimes those little things that make a big difference to people. We do pass on comments to the staff so thank you for the effort you made to give us your feedback.
