"Ward 33 care."

I spent 3 days in North Tees Hospital on ward 33 following spinal surgery. The staff, from the consultants to the nurses to the healthcare assistants were excellent. I received quality care and was treated with dignity and respect at all times. The ward was clean and tidy and the staff there were on hand at all times day and night. Lenient with visiting times given that I did not return from theatre until late in the evening they were very accommodating. I never had to wait or ask for pain relief as it was offered adequately and promptly. The staff were approachable and friendly yet professional at all times.
