"An unreserved thank you to you all in the A&E..."

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

I arrived in the department shortly after 7am in a lot of pain. I was booked in by the receptionist, seen by the triage nurse and given pain relief. I was then given two x-rays. After seeing the Doctor I was fitted with a support boot (for my fractured foot) by the sister on duty. Everything was explained and I was given an appointment for the fracture clinic. I left the department at 08.45hrs. I could not have received better treatment anywhere. Everyone was so attentive efficient and pleasant, after working through the night shift in such a demanding area of the hospital I thought you were all so commendable With best wishes

Dear Elizabeth Thank you very much for your nice feedback about our A&E team, which we have shared with them. We are pleased to hear you were seen and treated so swiftly and that you were impressed with the care you received. Thank you again for taking the time to post here and we hope you are gradually recovering from your injury.
