From beginning to end I experienced great kindness and empathy from all staff involved. I was given relevant information, treated with respect and dignity. Once I was at home, I received courtesy calls about how I was feeling and was phoned with my results two days early which was great! So very impressed with the whole service. Thank you to all staff in the Colonoscopy/Endoscopy Department.
