"Wait time is terrible."

Discussions between practitioners is awful. After a review with one doctor they said they would request a second pair of insoles to save me swapping one pair between 4 pairs of shoes. The appointment with the insoles doctor was in 2 weeks to pick them up. Upon arrival, the doctor looked at my file (presumably for the first time) only to learn they didn't need to measure me, they just needed to put in a repeat order. So I left... after a 40 minute wait, went back to reception to book my appointment to finally pick my insoles up and the next one was in 3 weeks. In 3 weeks time I left work early (without pay) only to wait another 40 minutes. No-one alerted me to the wait, absolutely disgusting! Don't make an appointment for 5.00pm when you really mean 5.40!
