"Worried about the care of my ninety year old mother"

My Ninety year old Mother has been in hospital since November. I have been unable to visit as I have had flu . The visiting is only one hour a day because they have had virsus problems and every one of my family have kept me updated with my mothers current welfare.

I was totally outraged what I witnessed today, not just the state of my mother but even the lady opposite who asked to be taken to the bathroom and was left there until I noltice when my hour was up. I felt too emotional to even start about my mother, as I was leaving I mentioned the old lady in the bathroom and nobody moved they all just stayed in a laid back position around the desk.

One nurse mentioned my mother was refusing her medication, she is so ill blind deaf and frightened I think the hospital staff should be able to give her the drugs she needs to help her recover if possible.
