"My fall during Storm Henry"

I have nothing but praise for the people looking after me last weekend after my trauma as a result of a fall on board the ferry north from Aberdeen.

I had the best two nights sleep ever and the kindness and willingness to spend time with me in ward one was exceptional. Long may NHS Shetland be proud of themselves.

While I am aware of the medication contributing to my sleep, I would dearly like to be told the mattress type in order to buy one for my own use!
