"Can not hang onto staff"

I have been a patient at this practice all of my life but the past couple of years it has gone to the dogs! We wait forever to try to get an appointment. They lose decent doctors hand over fist. You just get used to seeing a doctor & establish some trust with them & then they're gone. They let the most helpful & friendly member of their reception team leave as they wouldn't give her full time hours & yet recruited a lot of new reception staff some of which are abrupt & rude.

They constantly are taking on new patients in particular foreign students from the college when they can't provide appointments for the patients they already have! We have waited up to a month for an appointment which is absurd!

This practice is in desperate need of some new doctors that are friendly & helpful, who will stay! And have more readily available appointments & friendlier & helpful reception staff.

This practice is not the practice that it used to be & it is rapidly going down hill!
