What I liked
The hospital staff were really caring and actually made me feel like an individual not just a number, the wait wasn't long but I was kept informed throughout. My grandparents have been in and out of the hospital and everytime have recieve fantastic care, they even commented on how clean the hospital was! I've been in private and NHS and all i can say is I wish the private hospitals were as good as Kingston. Well done Kingston Hospital and well done to all the staff for fantastic service.
What could be improved
