"Awful reception staff"

About: King's Mill Hospital

Antenatal reception desk staff member incredibly rude and insensitive today. Clearly annoyed by anyone who came up to the desk for assistance as so consumed with paperwork I was 'told off' for not checking in on the computers I've never been instructed to to check in on in my last few appointments. Heavily pregnant I am informed by this staff member that as they are nasty they make people go back to check in! and gave me a stern stare! . So after coming out of a not so great scan and feeling very upset and vulnerable I'm snapped at, refused assistance and made to go all the way back to the antenatal entrance to check in at a computer!!! Absolutely disgraceful service and would love an explain action as to why it's ok for staff to treat patients like that!
