After a visit to Coalville hospital today, I just wanted to say thank you to the staff who work hard there and have to put up with a constant stream of complaining, ungrateful patients. I was welcomed by a kind receptionist and a examined by a professional and friendly radiographer who was running on time.
It is unfortunate that so may people treat the NHS staff with such disrespect by complaining online. Try being friendly to them and they will nearly always be friendly in return. The NHS is a wonderful institution that we should all be proud of. The staff are underpaid, overworked and should be given a medal.
