I've attended this facility twice the first time the receptionist was incredibly rude (no please no thank you... Just a chip on their shoulder).
I visited again recently and was seen by an incredibly patronising and rude nurse... who conversed with me as if I were a child with a low iq. Furthermore they essentially accused me of lying when I told them what the doctor who had previously seen me had said.
Thankfully, there are other facilities that I can attend with better staff, however, unfortunately I do see this trend of rude, patronising and narcissistic behaviour increasing in the nhs.
If any of the managers would like further information regarding the nurse who dealt with me I would be happy to send a complaint in writing directly to you or have a telephone conversation at the very least. Although as I have not seen one response from the FMH on this website to any of the complaints I will assume that this will probably not happen...
I live in hope that one day Londoners will stop living up to their stereotype; unfortunately though I'm constantly disappointed.
