What I liked
I was really impressed with all nursing staff and doctors within the Abbey Suite, where I stayed for 6 days. Very careing and thoughful staff, who always had time for you. You were always treated like an individual.
Very impressed with the firm way that the dealt with extremely demanding patients, and difficult visitors.

What could be improved
The only improvement is the admission process, which resembles a production line.
Awaiting a major op, it would have been nice to wait in my own cubicle or bed, not in a waiting room, with patients for minor procedures and their families.
Anything else?
For all the bad press regarding some hospitals, I would like to say my stay in t Abbey Suite was made more comfortable, and enjoyable(?) by theexcellant staff
