What I liked
I've been coming as a regular outpatient for over 3 years. It's clean, welcoming and with a high level of profesionalism and care. Where my consultant is lacking in specialism it is acknowledged and specialist advice is sought from John Radcliffe in Oxford.
What could be improved
Encouraging (forcing?) patients/visitors to wash hands on arrival. Facilities are provided but patients don't use them. Staff do!
