my appointment was for 3.45pm at the fracture clinic.
i came from rugby, to coventry.
i was so fed up from waiting , that i felt numb and almost tearful with anger.
Not one staff member could even say sorry. noone offered a drink, radio, or a magazine. staring at a wall for 90 minutes isn't acceptable. i arrived on time .
"1 and half hour wait for outpatient appointment."
