"My experience"

I have unfortunately had to visit the walk-in centre a couple of times over the past week for a number of reasons.

The clinical staff are very polite and friendly but there is a very long wait to be seen by a GP after being triaged, even when it's not very busy.

I also found that I had to repeat everything to the GP which I had already explained in great detail to the triage Nurse and some of the checks were duplicated so don't quite see the point of this system.
