"Gannow lane resource centre"

About: Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

Since leaving the army I've suffered with severe depression. I've been to councillors, CBT everything to get better. It worked and I got back into work in may. Unfortunately by September I'd had a reoccurrance and was back on the sick. I was put in contact with Gannow lane for CBT and since then. I've been twice. And since Christmas I've been totally forgot about. I've rang and rang to be told ring back. What a joke. The last three times some arrogant secretary can't even be bothered speaking to me. Thanks very much for nothing, I'm trying my hardest to get better to be ignored by those that are supposed to be helping me. I wonder whether I should just end it? I feel that I might as well no one seems to give a dam
