I was referred by my doctor and someone did ring but it was inconvenient so they said they would ring back. they did on a few occasions but I was unavailable, I have tried numerous times to contact on 01274 221181 but nobody answers, its just all administrators are busy

Many thanks for taking the time to comment on your experience. The ‘all administrators are busy’ message is activated when the lines are busy and the call volume demand out ways our capacity to answer.
We are looking into a text messaging service to request a call back in the future.
Monday mornings, lunch times and 5pm on a Friday are currently our busy times.
